At The Home Quarter our goal is to package your order with attention to detail + ship it out as quickly as possible. All of our online orders are packaged during our business hours (CST) :
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, packed + shipped.
Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped along with a tracking number.
Please note that we are currently only shipping to Canada + the United States at this time.
$15 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders over $150 CAD
This offer will automatically apply at checkout on all online orders shipping within Canada + the United States (not available in Hawaii + Alaska).
This offer doesn't apply to oversized items (large baskets, lights, rugs). Oversized shipments are subject to additional fees. Any of the items on our online shop that are not included in this offer, are indicated on the item page. We currently ship with Canada Post. All custom shipping quotes are subject to change according to Canada Post's shipping rates.
Orders shipping to mainland United States are subject to additional shipping fees incurred upon delivery, such as duties + taxes These fees typically due upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently are not shipping online orders internationally through our online shop. If you would like to place an order + ship it internationally ( outside Canada + mainland U.S. ) please message us here and we can create a custom shipping quote for you.

If you are local to Swift Current, Saskatchewan Canada or you know that you will be passing through and would like to pick-up your order in shop, please select Local Pick-up at checkout. We will pack up your order + send you a confirmation email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. You can come by the shop to pick-up your order during our business hours as listed above.
We are also offering FREE local delivery within the city limits of Swift Current, SK. If you would like your online order delivered please select local delivery + enter a valid street address for delivery. We aren't able to deliver to a PO. Box so please provide us with an accessible delivery address.

VARIABLE LEAD TIME ITEMS - Custom Order Products
Lead times on non-stocked items will vary (Rugs, cabinet hardware, lighting etc.) Typically items marked as 'variable lead time' will be available for us to ship to you within 2-4 weeks but availability can vary. Please contact us prior to completing your order for a more accurate time frame on the specific item you are looking at and we'll be happy to provide you more information.
